Yoga Morning Classes


The spring term here at Yoga On Track will start on the week beginning Monday the 7th of January. It will be a 12 week term. Book your place now. 

With evening time slots at a premium morning classes are a great option for many including Moms and Dads who stay at home, the self employed, shift workers and the retired. Our morning classes are timed to start early morning on the way to work, just after the school run (9:30am on Tuesday) or to finish in time for a lunch commitment (12:30pm on Thursday). These classes cater to all experience levels.

- Skilled Sensitive Tuition by an experienced yoga teacher

- All equipment supplied 

- Flexibility to take a different class if you miss your own

- Careful class planning to ensure each member of the group progresses at the correct pace and works at an appropriate level.
