Having a regular class is key to achieving benefits and maintaining them long term. Each time you come to a yoga class you make a deposit in your health and wellness account. Life's difficulties place a constant drain on your resources but the more deposits you manage to make the richer your life will be. Even as an experienced practitioner a regular yoga class is an anchor point for your home practice.
