Early Morning Class

    7:00am – 8:00am | General Level
    A refreshing hour to start your day—suitable for all levels.

Mid Morning Classes

  • Tuesday
    9:30am – 11:00am | General Level

  • Thursday
    10:30am – 12:00pm | General Level
    Build strength and flexibility at a mindful pace. Ideal for regular practitioners or confident beginners.

Evening Classes

  • Tuesday
    6:30pm – 8:00pm | Gentle Level (Best for beginners)
    8:30pm – 10:00pm | Experienced Level (2+ terms recommended)

  • Wednesday
    8:30pm – 9:30pm | Therapy Class
    Extremely gentle movement, meditation, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra (20 mins). Ideal for post-op, recovery, or deep relaxation.

  • Thursday
    6:30pm – 8:00pm | Experienced Level (2+ terms recommended)
    8:30pm – 10:00pm | Gentle Level (Best for beginners)
